CURRENT POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Mr. Ruckman is currently a Senior Engineer overseeing all structural engineering operations. Mr. Ruckman is responsible for technical quality, design, and management control of structural engineering projects in the region. His responsibilities include structural design, analysis, and supervision of drawing preparation on various residential, commercial, historical renovation, and industrial projects. He supervises inspection services which include structural steel, footing, backfill, concrete slabs, foundation wall, and overall building inspections. He also provides consultation and evaluations of structural modifications to existing facilities.

CURRENT POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Mr. Hamric is currently a Senior Engineer overseeing all geotechnical engineering operations. Mr. Hamric is responsible for technical quality and management control of geotechnical engineering projects in the region. His responsibilities include management and preparation of subsurface investigations and testing programs, Professional-In-Charge of laboratory testing services, report preparation, preparation of technical proposals and fee estimates, and consultation on a variety of geotechnical related design and/or construction problems. Mr. Hamric’s expertise in the geotechnical engineering includes slope stability analyses, pavement design and evaluation, landfill construction, and assessment and remediation of karst features related to existing and new construction. Mr. Hamric is also specialized in dam engineering including dam evaluations and assessments, design and modifications, emergency action plan preparation, operation and maintenance plans, and inspections.
